Book Shore Excursions Early
Ensure you get your first choice of shore excursions by booking prior to sailing.

Pre-purchase Travel Medical Insurance

Check-in Online Prior to Setting Sail
Your AMA Travel Agent can assist with checking in online as this will expedite the boarding process. In order to complete online check-in you will need:
Basic Dress Code Guidelines
Most cruise lines offer guidelines of how many formal, informal, and casual nights will be onboard, but what exactly do these categories mean?
Getting to your Cruise
Increasing airline delays and cancelled flights are making it more difficult to get to your cruise on time. Cruise lines are very strict with embarkation times and will probably not hold the ship if your party is late, leaving you to find your own means of transportation to meet the ship at its next port. A pre-night stay will ensure you are at the ship on time and will allow extra time to retrieve your luggage if it is delayed.
You can receive a nightly menu tailored to your needs (celiac, vegetarian, low carb, etc.). If you have any medical requirements, such as needing an insulin container in your stateroom, please insure you notify your agent. Special celebratory requests (such as a birthday, honeymoon or anniversary) can be a wonderful surprise and can be pre-arranged.
